The main effect of our plants is that they regulate our stress levels, and train our organism to be more resilient to future stressful episodes. In addition to this effect on the “non specific” stress response (as the scientists call it), each plant has its own way to interact with our body and mind, because each plant is unique and has its own active chemical compounds. When Ashwagandha regulates stress for example, it has been shown to enhance focus and concentration at the same time. Many studies about Eulethero (Siberian Ginseng) found that when it regulates stress it also enhances our physical and mental endurance.

Even though plants start regulating your stress system as soon as you consume them, it usually takes 20 days to bring your body to its optimal state and build an efficient protection against stress.

It really depends on the plant, but usually raw plants have a delicate herbal taste. At Kaya, we believe that great taste is comforting and plays an important role in relaxing us, which is why we design our products to have a great taste.

Pharmacological studies have shown that these plants are perfectly safe and non-toxic (it is even part of their definition). Side-effects can only start occurring at very high doses (which you will not find in our products). However, in case you feel any side effects, stop using them for a while and make sure to let us and/ or your doctor know.

Absolutely all the plants we use are approved by the European Food Safety Authority or in the process of being approved (as a novel food).

In case you have any specific condition, please ask your doctor before using our products, to make sure there are no counter indications.

Absolutely! Plants actually work even better when taken consistently over time.

We recommend keeping them out of the sun and storing them in a cool, dry place.

Each and every one of our ingredients and final products are tested rigorously for quality, purity, and safety from beginning to end. We do our own independent testing with leading third-party lab testing to make sure our products are safe and efficient.

Our products were designed for adults, so we advise not giving them to children and anyone under 18.

Our products were created to be used by people. We therefore don't advise giving them to your pets.

Barring exceptional circumstances, it can take from 1 to 6 business day depending on which country you are in, and which shipping option you choose.

We currently only ship to customers within Europe.
